I hope you’re doing well! My name is Evan, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new owner and CEO of Nutrition Balance. First and foremost, I want to say thank you—your loyalty and trust in us mean the world. Without amazing customers like you, Nutrition Balance wouldn’t be here today.
Over the past year, the company has undergone many changes: a complete rebranding, a new website, and fresh menu options, to name a few. But along with those exciting updates, some decisions that unfortunately steered the business in a difficult direction. When I stepped in, Nutrition Balance was close to shutting down completely.
I’m here because I believe in what Nutrition Balance stands for: helping people like you live healthier, happier lives through fresh, balanced meals. And I’m not just some new face—I've been part of the Nutrition Balance team for the past six years, working behind the scenes and getting to know this company inside and out. I’ve seen the challenges firsthand, and that’s exactly why I decided to step in as the new owner. I know the obstacles this business faces, and more importantly, I know how to overcome them. My goal is to make Nutrition Balance stronger and more sustainable—without ever compromising on the quality or service you’ve come to expect.
That said, as we take the first steps toward a better future, there are some necessary changes I want to be upfront about. They weren’t easy decisions, but they’re important to keep Nutrition Balance thriving for the long run.
Here’s what’s changing:
Shipping Fees
Free shipping will no longer be available, and delivery fees will increase slightly. Instead of raising meal plan prices, we chose this option to help keep your plan rates as affordable as possible.
Nutritionist Consultations
Complimentary consultations with a nutritionist will be discontinued. But there’s good news—we’re launching a Virtual Weight Loss Assistant soon! In the meantime, if you need support or guidance, our weight loss experts are just a text away at (437) 294-6362 (you can use both regular SMS and WhatsApp). We’re here for you!
Inactivity Fee
We’ll be introducing a $9.99 weekly inactivity fee if a subscription stays active but no orders are placed for three consecutive deliveries. If you need to take a break, you can cancel and then easily reactivate your subscription at any time to avoid the fee. We’ll make that process as simple as possible.
I completely understand that these changes may be disappointing, and I want you to know this wasn’t taken lightly. My focus is on creating long-term stability so we can continue delivering the meals and support you rely on—plus introduce some exciting new features that I think you’ll love.
