Definitely not good quality ingredients. Tiny portions and the food is mediocre at best. Not worth the money

Quite effective for weight loss and great thoughtful portions. However, not all of the recipes are as tasty and many times the chicken is hard to chew/not cooked properly.
I absolutely love the convenience of this and the food is so delightful. The only thing that is kind of hard to get used to is the whole scheduling of the food but once you get the food, it’s amazing and so worth it. No dishes!!!
