Great news! We’ve partnered with Shop and Affirm to offer flexible payment plans, making our weight-loss meal programs even more affordable. You can now purchase select meal plans with up to 12 monthly installments, starting from as low as $53 per month, with delivery fees also included in monthly payments.

Below is a simple step-by-step guide to help you place your order and set up a payment plan.

Please note that Subscription-based meal plans with weekly or monthly renewals cannot be purchased with payment plans. To use monthly installments, please choose one of our one-time purchase meal programs (5-, 10-, or 15-week plans). You can select a qualifying plan here.

1. Choose your preferred meal plan and add it to your cart.

2. In the cart, select your delivery destination.

3. Choose your first delivery date (up to 90 days in advance). Confirm that you accept Terms & Conditions, and click the 'Checkout' button.

4. When offered the express checkout options, select Shop and log in to your Shop account (or create one if you’re new).

5. Shop will automatically retrieve your saved information—including delivery address and preferred payment method—and display all available payment options. You may pay in full or select installments. After choosing your option, click the 'Continue' button.

6. Choose one of the financing offers available to you (offers vary based on your history with either Shop or Affirm, or both). Click 'Continue' to finalize your order through the Shop app.

1. Nutrition Balance does not manage payment plans, nor do we have access to any customer-specific financing information. This includes details such as payment schedules, remaining balances, interest rates, or reimbursement amounts. For all questions related to financing, please contact Affirm’s Support Team directly.

2. While prepaid meal plans are generally non-refundable, partial refunds may be available in certain cases. If a prepaid plan is canceled, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of weekly deliveries already provided, deducted from the total amount paid. For installment-based purchases, a cancellation fee applies: $50 for 5-week plans, $100 for 10-week plans, and $150 for 15-week plans.

All refunds for installment purchases are handled by Affirm:

• If your refund exceeds your remaining installment balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method.
  
• If your refund is less than the remaining balance, Affirm will continue charging you until the balance is paid in full.
  
  Please note: Any interest paid is non-refundable.
