What is the Nutrition Balance Weight Loss Meal Plan?

We deliver fresh, portion-controlled, ready-to-eat meals designed to help you lose weight. Meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

What kind of meal plans do you offer?

We offer structured plans (5 or 7 days), flexible weekly plans (10–16 meals), individual meals, and pre-cooked proteins. Vegan options available.

What is the portion size of your meals?

Each entrée or breakfast is about 200g, averaging 337 calories. Snacks are 30–50g with 100–120 calories. Meals are portioned for weight loss.

Do I need a membership to order meals?

No, you can order our meal plans without a membership. However, members get 20% off weekly deliveries and access to a free sample.

What do I get as a member?

Members get a free meal sample, every 5th week free, 20% off weekly plans, GLP-1 discounts, and access to chats with weight loss experts.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Most customers lose 14–16 lbs in the first month. In the following months, expect 9–12 lbs. Results vary based on individual factors.

Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver to most major cities and towns across Canada. Some remote areas may be excluded due to transit time limits.

Where are your meals cooked?

All meals are freshly cooked in our licensed Toronto facility. We follow strict food safety standards and package meals for freshness.

How do you keep meals fresh during delivery?

We use vacuum-sealed packaging and insulated boxes with ice packs. Meals stay cold for 48+ hours during transit, even in warm weather.

How is Nutrition Balance different from Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem?

We deliver fresh—not frozen—meals Canada-wide. Other programs limit locations and ship frozen or sublimated food with longer shelf lives.
