Temporary Update on Delivery Availability Across Canada

Due to recent economic developments, including rising fuel costs and global instability affecting shipping rates, we are implementing a temporary adjustment to our delivery coverage.

At Nutrition Balance, all meals are freshly cooked and never frozen. To ensure quality and food safety, we rely on premium overnight shipping from Toronto, Ontario for deliveries outside our core regions. Unfortunately, the cost of this service has increased significantly. At present, the minimum shipping cost to provinces outside Ontario and Quebec exceeds $65 per box, and continues to rise month over month.

As a result, we are increasing shipping fees for all orders outside Ontario and Quebec, as the previous shipping costs make it economically unsustainable to operate under our standard pricing model.

Important notes:

• This change does not affect our existing customers across Canada. All current orders and subscriptions will continue to be fulfilled as scheduled at the previous shipping rate.
• We remain committed to serving customers nationwide and will reassess this policy as shipping conditions stabilize.
• New customers outside Ontario and Quebec may still place orders and pay a shipping fee of $45 per weekly delivery.
