When placing your first order, you’ll choose the week you’d like it delivered. If you’re within our GTA delivery zone, your meals will arrive on Thursday or Friday of that week. For addresses in Ontario outside the GTA, as well as all other Canadian provinces, deliveries will be made on Thursday of your selected week.

When you place your initial order, no shipping fees will be charged. When it’s time to choose your menu for your first delivery, your meal order will be processed at no cost—but a delivery fee will apply: $9.95 for Ontario and Quebec, and $19.95 for all other Canadian provinces.
