Once you complete your membership purchase, you will receive an email and/or a text message with the link to our health and weight goals assessment form. Upon completing the form, you will get a first round of recommendations based on your assessment, which you may start implementing immediately or discuss with our experts for further personalization.

As with any other subscription, you will get access to all the membership perks for a one-month period. After 30 days, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another month. You will be notified before your membership renewal, so you’ll have enough time to decide whether you want to continue or cancel your membership. 

Once cancelled, you lose access to the membership perks. For example, if you have an active meal plan delivery subscription, you will no longer be eligible for the membership pricing. Your meal plan subscription will continue to renew at the regular rate.

No, you can still purchase nutrition+balance meal plan without being a member. However, members get some exclusive perks like saving 20% off each weekly delivery (up to $200 in monthly savings) or an opportunity to try our meal plan first at a fraction of the cost before committing to a full-blown subscription.
